Shipping and Returns
Free Standard Delivery for Canada:
MAX&MIA currently provides FREE standard shipping within Canada. No minimum purchase is required. We offer free ground shipping and free returns. All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days from our office in Ottawa, Ontario using Canada Post standard service. We apologize, however we do not provide expedited services at this time. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your order to arrive.
All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post, and all US and International orders are shipped FED EX Ground.Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico and Canadian Territories are subject to an additional surcharge.
For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. box addresses. We dispatch all orders completed online within 1-3 business days. Should you wish to cancel an order made online, please notify us immediately of the cancellation, if your item has already been shipped, you will need to follow our returns policy below.
Each order is subject to shipping charges which are automatically calculated based on the province or territory in Canada where the item will be shipped. You will be able to view your total including all shipping charges for your order before your transaction is processed.
We want you to love your purchase, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied we will refund or credit your purchase within 60 days of the date of purchase. Should you decide that you need to return an item, we will refund your purchase with original receipt. MAX&MIA will accept returned items in the original packaging within 60 days of purchase. All refunds are credited to the original pay method- no cash refunds.
To expedite your return:
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return.
2. A return authorization number will be emailed to you.
3. Ship the item in its original condition and packaging along with your receipt.
4.Put your return authorization number on the outside of your package.
5. Send it to the address provided in the email we have provided.
** Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
While we pride ourselves on always having enough for everyone, on the odd occasion, some of our items just simply sell out (we can’t help that). We do apologize in advance should this happen and for any inconvenience, however we ALWAYS try to pre-order out of stock items.
