Shipping and Returns

All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post, and all US orders are shipped FED EX Ground. Shipping to Canada has a charge of $8.00 and United States has a charge of $11.00

If your order value is $75 or greater your order is always shipped FREE.  If orders have less than a $75 value, MAX&MIA reserves the right to add the above shipping charge.

Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico and Canadian Territories are subject to an additional surcharge.

For international orders, please contact us at info@maxandmia.ca and we will provide you with the best shipping method for your purchase.

For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. box addresses. We dispatch all orders completed online within 1-3 business days.  Should you wish to cancel an order made online, please notify us immediately of the cancellation, if your item has already been shipped, you will need to follow our returns policy below.

Each order is subject to shipping charges which are automatically calculated based on the province or territory in Canada where the item will be shipped. You will be able to view your total including all shipping charges for your order before your transaction is processed.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied we will refund or credit your purchase within 30 days of the date of purchase. Should you decide that you need to return an item, we will refund your purchase with original receipt. MAX&MIA ORGANICS will accept returned items in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. All refunds are credited to the original pay method- no cash refunds.

To expedite your return:

1. Email orders@maxandmia.ca with your order number and reason for return.
2. A return authorization number will be emailed to you.
3. Ship the item in its original condition and packaging along with your receipt.
4.Put your return authorization number on the outside of your package.
5. Send it to the address provided in the email we have provided.

** Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.


Product Availability

While we pride ourselves on always having enough for everyone, on the odd occasion, some of our items just simply sell out (we can’t help that). We do apologize in advance should this happen and for any inconvenience, however we ALWAYS try to pre-order out of stock items.
